When we are at peace and centered, we can enjoy discovering the different characters in our personality and acting them out, role playing ourselves. We learn with gentleness to embrace and accept the parts of us which we find difficult. Life in the here and now is enriched by acceptance, compassion, peace and tranquillity. |
